FOOD
Log a meal in three taps or fewer.
Barcodes from the US and Canada, 400,000+ foods, and meals you can type in plain words. Ayme finds each food, and you check them before they’re logged.
Scan packaged food by barcode. Something new? Snap its Nutrition Facts once.
Type “2 eggs and toast with butter” and check the meal before it’s logged.
Can’t find a food? Add it once. When another person confirms it, everyone gets it.

Calorie targets are estimates, and so is your watch. Ayme compares what you log with how your weight moves to find how much you burn.
Learns from your own logs and weigh-ins, in about two weeks.
Suggests small changes: 150 kcal a week at most, and never below a healthy minimum.
With Apple Health, it shows how far off your watch’s calorie count is. Premium

YOUR BODY
See when to push and when to rest.
With Apple Health, Ayme turns what your Apple Watch, ring, or iPhone already records into three simple dials, each compared with your own usual numbers.
Readiness every morning, from last night’s heart rate, HRV, and sleep, plus yesterday’s training.
No watch? Log your sleep and workouts, and Ayme still scores your readiness.
Sleep, stress, and vitals against your usual range, plus what your cycle means for training.
What moves your readiness, sleep stages, heart-rate zones, trends, and fitness age. Premium

COACH
A coach that knows your day.
Ask what to eat or what to train. The coach reads your numbers, so the answer fits today.
Free: 3 chats a day your first week, then 3 a week. Premium: 50 a day.
Only a summary of your day, only when you ask. Never your name, photos, or raw Health data.
It runs on a paid AI service that keeps your question at most 30 days and never trains on it.
It won’t push you below a healthy minimum, and points you to real help if you need it.

Most free apps make money from your data. Ayme makes money only from Premium.

A backup in your own iCloud
Your diary, so you won’t lose anything if you delete the app. It’s stored in your iCloud account, and Ayme never receives it.
Most people juggle a calorie counter, a workout log, a recovery tracker, and an AI coach that knows none of it. Ayme does all four in one app. Logging is free for good, and Premium is there when you want more.
Free in Ayme, paid in most other apps.

How does Ayme make money?
Only from Ayme Premium. There are no ads, and we never sell your data.
Where is my data stored?
Your data stays with you: on your iPhone, with a backup of your diary in your own iCloud (coming with the App Store version), so you won’t lose anything if you delete the app or get a new iPhone. Ayme’s servers never store your diary.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Ayme doesn’t train AI on your data, and our AI provider doesn’t use it to train its models; it keeps what it gets for at most 30 days to check for abuse. The coach only sees a summary of your day when you ask it something, and a typed meal sends just its words, both only after you agree.
Do I need an account?
No. Everything logs without one. Sign in with Apple only for the AI coach, typing meals, or sharing foods.
Does it work with Apple Health and Apple Watch?
Yes, in the App Store version, with your permission. Ayme reads steps, energy, workouts, sleep, and weight from Apple Health, right on your iPhone. So calories burned come from your watch, and with Premium, Reality check shows how accurate it is.
What is Reality check?
Every calorie target is a guess. Reality check learns how much you burn: after about two weeks of logging and a few weigh-ins, Ayme compares what you ate with how your weight moved. Then it suggests a gentle, safer target.
Does Ayme work if I don’t want to lose weight?
Yes. When you start, pick your goal: lose weight, lose fat and build muscle, build muscle, get stronger, or keep your weight and eat better. Ayme sets your calorie and protein targets from it. Losing weight never goes faster than 1% of your weight a week, or below a healthy minimum.
Will Ayme make me feel bad about a big day?
No. No food is marked “bad,” and Ayme never tells you to burn off a big day. One missed day a week doesn’t break your streak. Ayme cheers what you did right and helps with what’s next.
Where can I get Ayme?
On iPhone, in the US and Canada, in English. More countries are coming next. Ayme is for adults 18 and over. An Android version isn’t planned yet.
Is Ayme medical advice?
No. Ayme is a food and fitness tracker, not a medical device. For medical conditions, pregnancy, or medications, talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian. Your body’s readings, including ECG and blood pressure from Apple Health, are for wellness, not diagnosis.
Set your own aim and pace.
Coming soon to the App Store, for iPhone in the US and Canada. More countries next.
