By using Ayme, made by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Adults only. You must be 18 or older.
Not medical advice. Ayme, including its coach and calorie estimates, gives general nutrition information. It isn’t a substitute for a doctor or registered dietitian. Talk to a professional before changing your diet if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating. See the Medical Disclaimer.
Estimates. Food data comes from public databases (USDA FoodData Central, the Canadian Nutrient File, Open Food Facts) and from what you enter. Calorie and burn figures are estimates and may be wrong.
The AI coach can make mistakes. Don’t rely on it for medical decisions.
Subscriptions. Ayme Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple Account. It renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Free trials convert to paid unless canceled before they end. Free Premium from an offer code ends when its time is up, unless the offer says it renews. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your content. You keep your data. If you choose to share foods, you let us use them to improve the Ayme food database and show them to everyone, without your name.
Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the service, including trying to get around limits or access other people’s data.
Availability. We may change or discontinue features. We’ll try to give notice of significant changes.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, Ayme is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
